At The Drift Inn we pride ourselves on using the best local produce available to us, we keep a eye on the seasons to ensure we get the freshest produce out there.
All our steaks are hung for a minimum of 28 days and can be fully traced from farm to fork giving you piece of mind that the meat you are eating is 100% Irish and local. Our fish is landed at Greencastle from sustainable sources and we only use indigenous fish.
All this helps us sleep better at night knowing we did our best!

All our meats are slow roasted for 24 hours before being served which results in one of the best Sunday lunch's around.
